Start Date
Tabaqueira's Commercial Internship Program will start on September 15. All candidates need to be available to start in that date.
Duration
Tabaqueira's Commercial Internship Program will have a duration of 12 months, ending in September, 14 2023. Availability is required.

Who we are looking for?
• Recent Graduates (Bachelor is mandatory and Master is a plus)
• Max 1 Year of Previous Internship Experience
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English
• Confortable with MS Office tools
• Innovative and Proactive Attitude
• Action oriented mindset, with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation for development and learning
• Available to Work in Albarraque (with the possibility to work from home some days)
• Valid EU work permit

Selection Process
What can you expect to find?
Application
When you apply for the process, you will receive confirmation and will quickly be given feedback regarding next steps
Online Assessment
The first stage of the selection process is an online assessment. You will be asked to answer four different challenges: A personality questionnaire, an english test, a deductive logical reasoning test and a complex planning ability test.
Video Interview
The following stage involves a video interview, a quick assyncronous interview so we can get to know you a little bit better. You will be able to prepare and will have three minutes to answer our question.
Open Day
This stage will involve a group challenge in person, where you will have to work together to find the solution for the enigmas we will be sharing. You will also have the chance to know more about the Commercial Area and the different departments directly from our Managers and have the opportunity to see our offices.
