Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery: Lead and supervise a variety of sports, fitness, and wellness activities tailored to different age groups and fitness levels.
Guest Engagement: Motivate and guide guests to participate in fitness sessions, ensuring an enjoyable and safe experience.
Training & Instruction: Provide personalized fitness instruction, demonstrating proper techniques and safe use of equipment.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of fitness areas and sports facilities.
Equipment Care: Monitor, maintain, and report any issues with fitness and sports equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
Certification in fitness training, sports science, or related field.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus (Russian, German, French).
Proven experience leading sports or fitness activities in resorts, gyms, or wellness centers.
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with a guest-focused approach.
