Key Responsibilities

Support Operations: Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction.

Team Supervision: Support in scheduling, training, and supervising spa staff, maintaining service standards and professionalism.

Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless spa experience.

Financial Support: Assist with revenue monitoring, cost control, inventory management, and preparing performance reports.

Service Quality: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.

Marketing & Promotions: Support in promoting spa services, special offers, and packages to maximize guest engagement and revenue.

Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, maintain guest records, and oversee supply orders as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.

Fluency in English.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty/wellness services, and guest service standards.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in spa booking systems and MS Office.
