Sound & Lighting Operation: Operate sound and lighting consoles during rehearsals and live performances to ensure professional audio and visual quality.
Equipment Setup & Configuration: Set up, test, and configure all audio and lighting equipment to meet the technical requirements of each event.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during shows to maintain seamless performance flow.
Live Performance Support: Support live music and DJ setups, including microphone checks, soundchecks, and sound level adjustments.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all technical gear including speakers, consoles, lights, and cables.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team on programming, pre-visualization, and inventory organization to optimize performance quality.
On-site Event Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance to performers and guarantee the smooth execution of all resort entertainment events.
Proven experience in live event sound and lighting operation, ideally within hospitality or entertainment venues.
Knowledge of sound and lighting systems, DMX programming, and basic IT setups.
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English
