Key Responsibilities

Wine Service: Provide expert wine recommendations and deliver professional wine service to enhance the guest dining experience.

Wine Program: Manage the wine list, including selection, purchasing, stock rotation, and cellar organization.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable pairings.

Team Training: Train and support the front-of-house team to build wine knowledge and service confidence.

Events: Plan and execute wine dinners, tastings, and special wine-related events.

Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, glassware care, and wine service etiquette.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Formal wine education (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) preferred.

Deep knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food pairings.

Fluency in English.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Passion for wine and a commitment to continuous learning.
