Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of guest orders.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise room service employees to maintain high service standards and efficiency.

Guest Experience: Monitor service quality, handle guest requests or complaints, and ensure personalized and professional experience.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure menu accuracy, timely preparation, and smooth service flow.

Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor costs, control inventory, and maintain accurate billing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in room service management or senior F&B supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of room service operations, food handling, and service standards.

Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
