Your main purpose
Mission: As a Room Division Agent, you will design tailored welcome and hospitality experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Your job as a Room division agent at Sani/Ikos Group is vital in upholding privacy in a world where it is often forgotten, creating an atmosphere that embodies our quest for extraordinary guest satisfaction.

What will you bring?
Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
Proven experience in any Room Division department or position as a Front Office, Guest Relation, Bellboy, Concierge, Supervisors. ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
Fluency English Level. Good command of another language would be a plus.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
