Your main purpose 

Mission: As a restaurant Manager, you will design food and beverage experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.

Management: Coordinate daily restaurant management operations. Organize and supervise employees' shifts. Train the restaurant team on proper customer service practices in cooperation with the F&B managers. Communicate to the Chef any issues regarding food quality or special requests. Appraise employees’ performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

What will you bring?

Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.

Relevant Supervisory or Management Experience.

Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism.

Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.

Strong focus on customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.

Familiarity with day-to-day operations, including food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and restaurant software.
