Ensure guests' menu selections comply with diet orders, nutritional guidelines, cultural backgrounds, and religious practices.
Create and modify menus based on dietary prescriptions.
Obtain menu choices from guests and ensure accurate meal order transmission.
Process menu selections and update guest information, including diet orders, food allergies, and preferences.
Print and process food service reports, resolve guest requests and complaints, and assist with meal delivery as needed.
Provide general dietary information using approved materials and resources.
Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and employees.
