Mission: The Night Manager will provide support and direction on revenue accounting and accounts receivable-related issues prior to and during End Of Day procedure (EOD) and conduct the early financial audit upon completion of EOD.
Management: Ensure that EOD/NA procedures run properly and within the accepted time frame. Assist in the Night Audit checklist of each agent as support and on-the-job training for the night team members. City ledger / Deposit uploading in ERP (Greek Trial Balance). Troubleshoot any unforeseen issue occurring during EOD and coordinate with night auditors and Eurotel/Twinsoft support when needed. Reconciliation of Credit Card batch with credit card charge entries in Opera. Ensure that Outworker's revenue is posted correctly.
Proven experience in a similar role ideally in a 5* luxury hotel
Proficiency in Opera PMS
Knowledge of Micros / Twinsoft / Simphony software
Knowledge of Entersoft ERP
Fluency in Greek & English
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different hotel locations as needed
Strong numerical and financial knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
