Daily Operations: Oversee the stocking, replenishment, and presentation of all minibars in guest rooms.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and ensure accurate billing of consumed items.
Team Supervision: Lead and train minibar attendants to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Guest Service: Handle guest requests and ensure minibars are fully stocked according to standards.
Compliance: Ensure all minibar operations follow hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Reporting: Prepare usage reports, track variances, and coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment.
Previous experience in minibar operations, room service, or F&B within hospitality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail with accuracy in stock handling and billing.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Flexible, reliable, and guest-focused.
