KPMG is currently seeking for a Manager for our Management Consulting practice.
What you will do:
Project Management:
- Participate, lead, manage management consulting engagements;
Technical Expertise:
-Plan, coordinate and ensure excellence in project delivery;
-Conduct high-level and detailed assessments/diagnostics and propose solutions at various domains;
- Analyze and optimize business and operational processes;
- Conduct client meetings (kick-off/closing meetings; status meetings; operational meeting; workshops; and interviews);
- Develop and manage engagement budgets.
Business Development:
- Assist in business development by preparing proposals, tenders and client presentations, with the strategic support of the senior management;
- Keep up to date with all industry-specific issues and emerging topics which may affect your clients.
People Management:
- Manage, develop, motivate, train and coach team members to maximize the achievement of their potential;
- Train, coordinate, review and provide feedback on the work performed by your team.
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in management consulting and a Degree in Economics/Management or Engineering;
- Industry/Retail Consulting Background;
- Experience of managing teams and clients;
- Experience in projects related to strategy (business plans, operating models and transformation programmes), operations (e.g. transformation projects, including digital, financial and operational optimisation, projects related to support functions such as planning, logistics, warehouse management) and customer experience, CRM and sales force projects.
