Your main purpose
Mission: : As a Little guest operations assistant, you will be the one to support the operations of the Sani and Ikos little guest teams during the busy season from March – October. You will represent the department when interacting and communicating with colleagues’ guests and external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the department director and operations manager to ensure the season is smooth and successful.
Main responsibilities: Assist the Little Guest Director and Operations Manager with operations tasks. Attend all required dept trainings and manage training records of team members across all resorts. Assist with HR tasks, update staff rota, timer corrections, dismissal forms, and exit lists. Compile monthly little guest reports.
Public relations: Deal with any guest complaints to the best of your ability in a calm and friendly manner. Compile review pro/NPS guest feedback reports for all kids’ clubs. Support in creche/kids’ clubs to cover assistant and supervisory roles. Lead inspiring activities following kids club activity plans. Assist with family and kids’ events that take place in and around the resort.
What will you bring?
Previous relevant experience preferably in a 5-star resort or educational environment.
Degree/Diploma/ Course in Hospitality/Tourism/ Education.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Proficient in computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
