Mission: As a Little Guests Manager or supervisor, you will create entertainment experiences for our younger guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Management: Ensure all plans are adhered to and followed, this includes policies, planning, activities, and experiences. Be creative, and make sure each session is fun, engaging, and stimulating. Be responsible for all day-to-day administration including bookings, updating of databases and correspondence. Support the senior management team in training the childcare teams, assessing and monitoring standards.
Public relations: Welcome and greet all the families. Promote actively all children´s club activities. Keep an active guest contact during duty and off duty, whenever inside the resort facilities.
Previous experience as a childcare manager/Supervisor, preferably in a 5-star resort or educational environment.
Degree/Diploma/ Course in Hospitality/Tourism/ Education.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Proficient in computer skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules, and resolve conflicts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and employees.
