Key Responsibilities
Safety Monitoring: Supervise pool or beach areas to ensure guest safety.
Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and first aid when needed.
Guest Assistance: Provide information to guests about safety rules, swimming areas, and any restrictions.
Equipment Checks: Inspect and maintain rescue equipment, pool cleanliness, and safety signage.
Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and hygiene standards in designated areas.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid lifeguard certification and first aid/CPR training.
Proven experience as a lifeguard preferred.
Fluency in English.
Strong swimming skills and ability to stay alert for long periods.
Good communication skills and a calm, professional attitude.
