Activities: Organize and lead creative, sports, and entertainment activities that ignite curiosity and nurture growth in children.
Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all young guests.
Communication: Maintain positive communication with parents and children, providing information about activities and experiences.
Experiences: Create joyful moments and lasting memories for children and their families.
Team Collaboration: Work with the Kids Experience team to ensure a seamless and engaging program.
Proven experience as a childcare/creche assistant, preferably in a 5-star resort or educational environment.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
A Degree in Childcare or a closely related field.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
