Team & Program Management: Lead daily operations of crèche, kids, and teens clubs, ensuring safe, fun, and high-quality experiences. In-season, supervise activities and manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Guest Relations: Welcome families, communicate effectively with parents, and promote all children’s activities across the resort.
Operations & Administration: Manage bookings, budgets, inventory, and compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards. Off-season, review policies, update procedures, and prepare programs and resources for the next season.
Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor employees, supporting team development and performance.
Planning & Development: Design seasonal programs, update policies, and collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Off-season, plan new activities, coordinate with external partners, and prepare for the upcoming season.
Proven childcare leadership/operations experience, ideally in hospitality or resorts.
Strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and health & safety.
Proven ability to manage teams, HR processes, and cross-department collaboration.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Relevant childcare, education, or management qualification preferred.
