Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to create havens of comfort and tranquility.
Room Preparation: Ensure all spaces are immaculately prepared and meet high standards of presentation.
Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.
Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies during cleaning and handling of equipment or chemicals.
Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a hotel.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions professionally.
Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
