CUPRA Specialists make our Brand. They are the impulse driving us to deliver handcrafted and personalised experiences for our customers as their single point of contact.
To become a CUPRA Specialist you will exude passion and have experience in customer service environments, with special focus on crafting relationships both online and offline.
A CUPRA Specialist is a committed person vibrant with energy. We need someone with a flexible approach to the working envrionment and hours. But don't worry, we care about well-being, too.
YOUR OWN SET OF DUTIES
Our CUPRA Specialists accompany our customers throughout the discovery, acquisition and ownership of our products. You will instil passion and provide in-depth expertise tailored to each customer. Some of your responsibilities will be:
Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through social media, events, online presence, and creating a CUPRA community.
Provide the highest level of customer services to current and future customers during the sales process as well as throughout ownership, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
Help the CUPRA Garage maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively contribute to the achievement of the monthly sales and delivery goals.
