Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Activities: Lead fun, safe, and educational activities for children aged 6 months to 4 years, adapting to different age groups and interests.

Routine Support: Follow children’s daily routines (meals, naps, playtime) according to parental instructions.

Observation & Safety: Supervise and monitor children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Activity Planning: Assist the Little Guest Manager/Supervisor in developing and organizing creative and engaging programs.

Guest Interaction: Welcome families warmly, maintain regular communication with parents, and provide updates on their children.

Promotion: Actively encourage participation in children’s club activities and maintain a positive presence across the resort.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in childcare, daycare, or hospitality with children.

Fluency in English.

Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).

Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

Warm, patient, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding children, all staff working in the Kids Club are expected to follow our safeguarding policies and procedures. All roles are subject to Criminal Records checks.
