Key Responsibilities

Costume Maintenance & Repair: Clean, inspect, and repair costumes and accessories to ensure they are in perfect condition and ready for performances.

Inventory & Organization: Maintain a well-organized and labeled wardrobe storage area. Keep accurate and detailed records of all costume inventory, tracking distribution and returns, and conduct regular checks to identify missing, damaged, or worn-out items.

Distribution & Collection: Distribute the correct costumes and accessories to performers before shows and collect them afterwards, checking immediately for any damage. Provide support during performances to facilitate quick costume changes.

Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the Costume Manager, designers, and the entertainment team to plan costume needs for shows, events, and themed parties. Communicate care and handling instructions to performers to ensure proper use.

Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all costumes meet high presentation standards and are free from defects (e.g., loose threads, broken zippers) that could pose a safety risk to performers. Adhere to all health and safety standards in the storage and maintenance of the wardrobe.

Qualifications & Experience

Certification in costume design, garment care, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in costume logistics, wardrobe management, or a similar role within theatres, concerts etc.

Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a strong advantage.

Excellent practical skills in garment care, sewing, mending, and alterations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during show times.

A proactive, team-oriented, and discreet professional attitude.
