Your main responsibilities

Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment.

Relay important information and updates to guests promptly and accurately.

Liaise with department heads and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of guest requests.

Utilize communication tools effectively to manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.

Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to better serve guests.

What will you bring?

Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.

Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology.

Fluency in English.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
