Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the bell service team to deliver warm, efficient, and professional service.

Daily Operations: Ensure bell areas are well-maintained and organized; oversee guest transfers, luggage handling, and club car requests.

Guest Experience: Monitor arrivals, departures, and room changes to ensure timely, thoughtful, and personalized guest service.

Coordination & Support: Assist guests with luggage, escorting, and special requests, maintaining high standards of courtesy and professionalism.

Standards Compliance: Enforce safety, grooming, and operational standards within the bell service team.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a Bellboy in a hospitality environment.

Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.

Valid European Driving License B´class.

Ability to manage a team efficiently and maintain high standards of service.

Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
