CUPRA Associates form part of the key support network that ensure each customer recieves a handcrafted and personalised experience.
To become a CUPRA Associate you will exude passion and attitude, especially regarding customer service and the automotive world.
A CUPRA Associate is a committed person vibrant with energy. We need someone with a flexible approach to the working envrionment and hours. But don't worry, we care about well-being, too.
YOUR OWN SET OF DUTIES
Our CUPRA Associates help ensure that the CUPRA Garage is always at the highest standards to make sure our customers have the best possible experience. Some of their responsibilities include:
Meet and greet our customers, understand their needs and ensure they feel looked after.
Provide sales and aftersales support to the CUPRA Master & Specialist, which can include presenting the brand, product and services offered.
Help ensure our customers are fully informed and prepared by conducting off-site test drives and home deliveries.
